The short version: Handled+ helps you organize your move and connects you with third-party service providers. Those providers deliver and are responsible for the actual services. Handled+ is free for residents.

What Handled+ does

Handled+ is a move-in concierge platform. We help you build a plan, compare options, and get connected with service providers for things like electricity, internet, renters insurance, movers, and cleaning.

What Handled+ is not

Handled+ is not a utility, insurer, mover, or other service provider. When you choose to set up a service, you enter into an agreement directly with that provider, on their terms. The provider — not Handled+ — is responsible for delivering, pricing, and servicing what you sign up for.

Nothing is ordered without you

Handled+ organizes and recommends. We never place an order, purchase, or enrollment on your behalf. When it's time to set something up, we hand you to the provider, and we only mark a task complete when you tell us to.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please don't misuse the platform or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability

Handled+ is offered during early access and may change, pause, or update features as it develops. Service options shown depend on your location and provider availability, which we don't guarantee.
