Privacy Policy

Last updated July 22, 2026

The short version: Handled+ is free for residents. We collect the information needed to help you set up your move, we only share it with a service provider when you choose to move forward with that provider, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

When you use the Handled+ resident portal, we may collect: your name and email address; the apartment community and address you're moving into; your move-in date and unit number; and the move-in services you tell us you're interested in.

How we use it

When we share it

We share your information with a service provider (for example, an electricity retailer or internet company) only when you choose to move forward with that provider. We tell you before that happens. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can review or update your saved information at any time from the portal, and you can request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us. You control which services you pursue — Handled+ never places an order on your behalf without your explicit action.

Data storage and security

Your progress is saved so you can return to it. We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

This is a plain-language summary provided for transparency during Handled+'s early access. It is not a substitute for legal advice, and a more detailed policy may be published as the service grows.
